Serenity at Coconut Bay and Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa in Saint Lucia have introduced enhanced booking incentives for U.S. travel advisors, including a new Double Bonus promotion at Serenity and additional rewards through the resorts’ CBAYREWARD$ program.
For registered bookings made by Aug. 31, 2026, for travel through June 30, 2027, advisors booking Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa can earn up to $126 per qualifying 7-night stay, depending on room category.
At the adults-only Serenity at Coconut Bay, advisors can earn double bonuses of $100, $150, or $200 per qualifying 7-night booking, depending on the suite category. Rewards are issued via gift card and must be registered through the resorts’ advisor portals.
The CBAYREWARD$ program also includes a Best Rate Guarantee, client savings of up to 55 percent and an online platform for booking and tracking rewards. Advisors can also access special rates starting at $369 per night, based on double occupancy, for stays at Coconut Bay.
New Client Offers
The resorts are also introducing new promotions for U.S. travelers. Coconut Bay’s Summer of Adventure offer features Premium All-Inclusive rates in the resort’s adults-only Harmony wing starting at $449 per room, per night, based on double occupancy. The recently rebuilt accommodations feature contemporary Caribbean design, Saint Lucian furnishings, spa-inspired bathrooms and private balconies or patios.
At Serenity, couples booking a 7-night stay directly can receive the complimentary Grand Romance Package, which includes $1,200 in added value through experiences such as a Champagne sunset catamaran cruise, couples massage, private candlelit dinner and chauffeured island tour.
Located five minutes from Hewanorra International Airport, Coconut Bay features 85 oceanfront acres with nine dining venues, seven bars, five pools and a waterpark. Serenity offers 36 Plunge Pool Butler Suites with butler service and an adults-only all-inclusive experience.
