The commission offer follows the recent launch of a white-label website that lets agents market and sell the company’s global villa portfolio under their own brand rather than the Rental Escapes name.
Agents booking through the company also earn points through its REwards program for every dollar booked, redeemable toward their own future villa stays, a benefit paired with the new commission offer.
The portfolio behind the offer includes destinations such as Mexico’s Punta Mita, where listings like Casa Uno Mas sit alongside villas within the Four Seasons Punta Mita resort. The Four Seasons Presidential Villa there combines a private pool and dedicated staff with access to the resort’s golf course, spa and restaurants, providing clients with hotel-level service within a private residence. The broader Punta Mita corridor, roughly 30 to 45 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport, is known for golf, surfing and beach access along Riviera Nayarit.
In Costa Rica, the portfolio includes Casa Frenchie, a 7-bedroom villa above Dominicalito Bay built as a four-bedroom main house and a separate three-bedroom guest house, together sleeping up to 18 guests across 2.5 acres of hillside.
