Rental Escapes has launched a new white-label website program designed to give travel advisors more control over how they market and sell luxury villa rentals to clients.
The new platform allows advisors to create a fully branded website featuring Rental Escapes’ portfolio of more than 5,000 luxury villas, without displaying Rental Escapes branding throughout the client experience. Advisors can customize the site with their own logo, business information and URL, creating a villa-rental storefront that operates as an extension of their existing brand.
“Our philosophy in creating this new offering was simple—the client should be able to engage with and remember their travel advisor, not the technology powering the experience,” said Willie Fernandez, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of Rental Escapes, in a press announcement. “We listened to the feedback we’ve heard from our travel advisor partners and intentionally built a platform with no third-party branding, letting them showcase luxury villas entirely under their own name while protecting their client relationships.”
Access to Villas & Other Resources
The in-house platform gives advisors access to Rental Escapes’ villa portfolio across destinations including the Caribbean, Europe, Mexico and the U.S. Client inquiries generated through the website are sent directly to the advisor, while advisors continue to receive support from a dedicated Villa Specialist who can assist with destination and villa recommendations and the booking process.
The white-label website program is the latest addition to Rental Escapes’ Keys to Success program, which provides travel advisors with business-building resources, including webinars, marketing materials, ready-to-use emails and destination-specific digital magazines.
Rental Escapes says the new platform is designed to provide an alternative to traditional co-branded villa rental websites by allowing advisors to maintain their own branding throughout the client journey while leveraging Rental Escapes’ inventory and advisor support.
