While on this tour, travelers will visit Geneva, Montreal, Neufchatel, Bern, Basel, and Zurich in Switzerland, plus the Black Forest region in Germany. On this trip, guests will learn about the extravagant styles and mechanics of Switzerland’s best watchmakers, as well as the famous cuckoo clocks, which have a history linked to Germany’s Black Forest region. During the trip, travelers will step inside the famous tower of Bern’s astronomical clock that inspired Albert Einstein to develop his theory of relativity; experience the Haute Horlogerie workshop and reassemble watches under the guidance of expert clockmakers; and inspect a collection of nearly 250 watches in the Museum of the International Watch Company. Guests will also tour the famous Audemars Piguet Museum in Le Brassus; and visit the world’s largest cuckoo clock and listen to its call that chimes every 30 minutes. Their sweet tooth will also be enticed with a hands-on artisan Swiss chocolate experience.

Rates start at $4,499 pp dbl based on four guests traveling together including eight nights in premier accommodations with included breakfast, seven privately guided tours, dinner at the Swiss restaurant Kronenhalle, and 24/7 travel concierge services. Entrances to experiences detailed in the itinerary are also included.
