Guestrooms and suites now feature earthy textures, nature-inspired patterns, curved seating areas and built-in dining spaces designed to create more of a residential feel.

The resort’s Presidential Suite gets an especially dramatic upgrade, with multiple living spaces, a bar lounge, dining room, dedicated dressing area and custom artisan details.

The Club Lounge has also been reimagined with coastal-inspired artwork, woven materials and new buffet millwork.

Three New Dining Concepts

The resort’s culinary lineup now includes Palmera, Fenrose and Cafe Fenrose, giving guests several new options throughout the day.

Palmera is the resort’s new restaurant and social hub, serving Florida coastal cuisine with ingredients sourced from local farms and regional vendors. The menu highlights Gulf Coast seafood, regional citrus and local peppers, with dishes ranging from Florida Blue Crab Toast to a tableside Espresso Lobster Cocktail.

Fenrose takes a more Parisian approach with French-inspired breakfast offerings, while Cafe Fenrose operates as an all-day market and espresso bar.

For advisors, the new dining lineup adds another selling point for clients who prioritize food and beverage experiences when selecting a resort.

Golf, Tennis and Outdoor Recreation

The transformation complements the resort’s existing recreational amenities, including two Greg Norman-designed 18-hole championship golf courses, Har-Tru clay tennis courts and The Mouratoglou Tennis Center.

Guests can also take advantage of the expansive pool complex, biking and walking paths and the resort’s Audubon-certified grounds and birding trails.

For advisors, that mix makes the resort particularly well suited to clients looking for an active Florida getaway, while the redesigned accommodations, pool areas and dining venues give guests plenty of opportunities to slow down between activities.
