Green Valley Ranch Resort in Henderson, NV, has announced a $200 million property-wide renovation, beginning with the transformation of all 493 guestrooms and suites.
Located minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, the redesign is part of a multi-phase project set for full completion by 2026. The renovation, led by Station Casinos’ in-house team and Avenue Interior Design, focuses on modernizing the resort’s 422 guestrooms and 71 suites across the West Tower.
The updated Deluxe King and Queen rooms will feature European-inspired design, new furnishings and premium amenities such as Smart TVs, Nespresso machines and spa-style bathrooms. Suites, including Executive, Grand, Luxury Patio and the Strip Suite Penthouse, will be enhanced with upgraded entertainment systems, spa-inspired bathrooms and private patios or balconies with views of the Las Vegas skyline.
The West Tower renovation is expected to be completed by the fall, with the East Tower and South Lobby upgrades to follow. Additional enhancements include recent restaurant openings and luxury gaming rooms.

Spa Renovation at JW Marriott Scottsdale
JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa is investing $24 million in a comprehensive renovation of its spa, scheduled for completion in January 2026.
The reimagined Spa at Camelback Inn, spanning 32,000 square feet, will introduce updated treatment rooms, wellness circuits and outdoor hydrotherapy spaces. Design updates by EDG will modernize the spa while paying tribute to the Sonoran Desert surroundings.
New features include 20 treatment rooms, a Himalayan salt sauna, an aromatherapy steam cavern, cold therapy showers and a solarium with an 18-person hot tub. Outdoor hydrotherapy options will include a main pool, salt pool and cold plunge, along with private cabanas.
The spa will also feature enhanced wellness programming with yoga, sound baths, guided meditation and a state-of-the-art fitness center. A new dining concept, Ora Cafe, will serve nutritionist-designed menus with wellness-inspired fare.

Limelight Hotels Expands to East Coast
Aspen One, parent company of Aspen Snowmass, The Little Nell, Limelight Hotels and Aspen Collection, has announced its first East Coast expansion for the Limelight Hotels brand. Scheduled to open in 2028, Limelight Charleston is a 50-room hotel featuring 16 private residences, located in Charleston’s historic district.
This mixed-use development will feature Limelight’s signature “living room” space designed for both guests and locals, alongside a restaurant, bar, rooftop pool, dining and a parking garage. The project is being developed in partnership with Category Company.
Limelight Charleston will mark the brand’s seventh property, joining existing locations in Aspen, Snowmass, Denver and Ketchum, as well as upcoming openings in Boulder and Mammoth, CA.

New Orleans Welcomes Two Boutique Hotels
Two new boutique hotels have opened in New Orleans’ historic Garden District, expanding the area’s hospitality offerings with distinct accommodations and amenities designed for modern travelers.
The Garden District Hotel debuted in June, while The Blackbird Hotel opened in late 2024. Jeannine Jacob Interiors designed both properties. Each hotel offers proximity to local attractions, including the St. Charles Avenue streetcar, the French Quarter and the city’s arts scene.
The Garden District Hotel features 47 guestrooms with modern finishes and nods to the neighborhood’s architectural heritage. The hotel includes a heated saltwater pool with New Orleans’ only swim-up bar, a garden-inspired lobby bar and a fitness center.

The Squire at Grand Canyon, a Holiday Inn Resort
The Squire at Grand Canyon, a Holiday Inn Resort operated by Delaware North, has completed a series of renovations aimed at enhancing the guest experience near Arizona’s Grand Canyon South Rim. The property remains the only IHG Hotels & Resorts-branded option in the region.

The RESET Hotel has officially opened near Joshua Tree National Park. The 65-room boutique property offers guests direct access to the park’s North Entrance and is positioned as an alternative to the region’s short-term rentals and motels.
