“Uniworld & U—New for 2020″—Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection’s new course offering for travel advisors launched within Uniworld University—the brand’s travel advisor education program. The new course will train advisors on what they can expect for their clients onboard a Uniworld or a U River Cruises sailing in the coming year. The 15-30-minute course includes information about new ships, itineraries, excursions and more for 2020.
Travel advisors will learn the ins-and-outs of Uniworld’s updates for 2020 including its four new Super Ships, one enhanced itinerary, and one new pre-cruise extension. As for U River Cruises, you will learn about the brand’s new inclusions for 2020, five new and enhanced itineraries, plus a new guide on “How to Sell U.”
“This upcoming year is going to be an exciting season for us with the launch of Uniworld’s four new Super Ships and U’s new itineraries,” says Ellen Bettridge, CEO and president of Uniworld and U River Cruises in press materials. “Our travel advisor partners are such an imperative part of our business, and we want to ensure that we provide them with the tools they need to confidently sell Uniworld and U to their clients as we continue to elevate our brands.”
Advisors must complete this course in order to continue qualifying for Uniworld River Cruise Specialist benefits. After completing all three courses: Uniworld University, U University, and the new module, graduates can enjoy Special Travel Advisor rates discounted up to 60 percent off, a River Cruise Specialist e-mail badge, and inclusion in the River Cruise Specialist directory on Uniworld’s U.S. and Canada websites.
Travel advisors can access all of the courses from Litmos, the educational platform from TTC Agent Academy, which now offers a mobile app, SAP Litmos, to be used on phones and iPads. Travel advisors must enter thetravelcorporation.litmos.com once downloaded. Advisors can also earn continuing education credits with Uniworld University through CLIA and The Travel Institute.
