Ahoy, Disney foodies! A new culinary experience is coming to the Magic Kingdom—and it’s tailor-made for pirates and palates of all kinds. Opening Aug. 29, 2025, The Beak and Barrel promises to deliver a delicious dose of high-seas adventure with a creative, Caribbean-inspired menu and immersive themed environment.
Located just steps from the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction, this brand-new pirate pub will blend tropical drinks, shareable small plates, and Disney’s signature storytelling.
A Menu Made for Modern Buccaneers
From bold cocktails to inventive non-alcoholic creations, The Beak and Barrel has something for everyone. Among the standout sips is the Plunderer’s Punch, a rum-forward drink made with Kraken Black Spiced Rum, blackberry, vanilla and citrus—served in a collectible pirate skull mug (limit one per guest).
For a lighter but equally spirited option, the Hibiscus Rum Punch Royale blends floral hibiscus, citrus, and prosecco for a sparkling take on island flavors. Alcohol-free cocktails are also available.
Foodies looking for a snack between rides won’t be disappointed. These inventive dishes reflect the culinary team’s commitment to bold flavors and regional flair, making it a must-try destination for theme park diners.
Menu highlights include:
- Kraken’s Catch – A cold octopus salad with citrus, olives and avocado.
- Cook’s Corn Griddle Cakes – Stuffed with cheese, lime sour cream and a choice of roasted corn and poblanos or chipotle-braised chicken.
- Island Provisions – A Caribbean and Central American-inspired platter with plantain chips, blue corn tortillas, flatbreads and dips.
The Beak and Barrel will also feature exclusive draft beers and wine. Beyond the food and drink, The Beak and Barrel invites guests into a pirate’s world with sing-alongs, storytelling and surprises designed to entertain visitors of all ages.
The atmosphere pays homage to Disney’s classic Pirates of the Caribbean ride and film series, with decor and music to match. Pirate fans can stop next door at Plaza del Sol Caribe Bazaar for themed keepsakes, including a Beak and Barrel-inspired T-shirt and Parrot Shoulder Plush.
