Crystal has announced that singer, actress and entertainer Vanessa Williams will join guests aboard Crystal Serenity for a special holiday voyage departing Nov. 23.
The 9-night round-trip sailing from Fort Lauderdale combines a Caribbean itinerary with exclusive onboard entertainment. Best known for hit songs including “Save the Best for Last” and “Love Is,” Williams has built a decades-long career spanning music, television and theater.
Her credits include roles in Ugly Betty and Desperate Housewives, as well as her current performance as Miranda Priestly in the West End production of The Devil Wears Prada.
“Music has always been about connection, and there’s something truly special about sharing that connection during the holiday season. I’m so excited to join Crystal Serenity this November and look forward to celebrating with my family and guests through music, stories and festive moments,” said Williams in a media statement.
Exclusive Entertainment at Sea
As part of the sailing, Williams will deliver an exclusive live performance featuring a selection of her greatest hits. Guests will also have access to an intimate question-and-answer session that offers insight into her career and personal experiences.

Caribbean Itinerary with Overnight in Cartagena
The voyage will call on several destinations throughout the Caribbean, including Samana in the Dominican Republic, Jost Van Dyke in the British Virgin Islands and Oranjestad, Aruba.
The itinerary culminates with an overnight stay in Cartagena, Colombia, giving guests additional time to explore the city’s culinary scene, colonial architecture and cultural attractions.
Alongside Williams’ performances, guests can expect Crystal’s signature luxury experience, including personalized service, specialty dining and onboard entertainment. The sailing will also feature seasonal programming and a traditional Thanksgiving feast.
