Seabourn has opened bookings for its 2028 Ruby Collection, a series of 54 voyages celebrating the cruise line’s 40th anniversary with new itineraries, exclusive onboard experiences and enhanced destination access across its fleet of five ships.
The anniversary collection spans destinations throughout the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Alaska, Northern Europe, Southeast Asia, Japan, the Arctic, Antarctica and South America.
Celebrating 40 Years Across the Fleet
Among the highlights is the Yachtsman Collection, a selection of Mediterranean and Caribbean voyages inspired by Seabourn‘s original 1988 concept of yacht-like cruising. The itineraries feature calls at smaller ports inaccessible to larger ships, including Bequia, Martinique and the British Virgin Islands.
The collection also introduces several new itineraries and maiden port calls. In Asia, Seabourn Encore will sail voyages featuring overnight stays in Shanghai, Osaka and Kobe, along with new calls in Taiwan timed to the Pingxi Sky Lantern Festival. Alaska itineraries will include first-time visits to Petersburg, Valdez and the Chiswell Islands, while Northern Europe and Arctic expeditions aboard Seabourn Venture and Seabourn Pursuit expand exploration in Greenland, Iceland, the Faroe Islands and Svalbard.
The 2028 program also includes new expedition sailings through Antarctica, the Falkland Islands, South Georgia and the Chilean Fjords, combining Zodiac excursions, kayaking and wildlife encounters with Seabourn’s luxury onboard experience.
World Cruise and Grand Expedition Itineraries
The centerpiece of the anniversary collection is the 120-day Cape to Cape World Cruise aboard Seabourn Quest, departing Jan. 7, 2028. The voyage will visit 58 destinations across 23 countries and five continents, with highlights including Antarctica, Easter Island, Cape Town and the Falkland Islands.
Another standout itinerary is the 96-day Pole to Pole Grand Expedition aboard Seabourn Venture, sailing from the High Arctic to Antarctica beginning Aug. 16, 2028. The voyage spans more than 20,500 nautical miles and visits 14 countries and territories.
Throughout 2028, every Seabourn sailing will include Ruby Jubilee celebrations featuring special events, themed entertainment and anniversary programming designed to commemorate the cruise line’s four decades of luxury cruising.
