Oceania Cruises Reveals 2028 World Voyage Segments

Clients can’t spare 180 days globe-trotting around the world? Oceania Cruises has another option, opening for sale today 12 distinct segments of Oceania Aurelia’s inaugural 180-day Around the World voyage in 2028.

Ranging from 10 to 19 days, each segment offers travelers a slice of the ship’s global itinerary, which departs Miami in January 2028 and includes an 18-day sailing from Los Angeles to Papeete, a 2-week voyage from Sydney to Bali and a 12-day itinerary from Taipei to Tokyo.

Across her inaugural Around the World voyage in 2028, Oceania Aurelia will call on destinations spanning six continents, with overnight stays in destinations such as Papeete, Bora Bora, Sydney, Bali, Tokyo, Bangkok and Mumbai. Thousands of small-group shore excursions will be available to guests to explore the local culture, cuisine and heritage of these destinations, with nearly 100 UNESCO World Heritage sites within reach across the full Around the World sailing.

Among the highlighted segments is the 17-day Two Oceans Odyssey from Miami to LA, departing Jan. 19, 2028. It includes a journey through the Panama Canal, sailing along the coastlines of Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Mexico. For those who want to dive into the South Pacific, the 19-day South Pacific Serenade voyage sails from Papeete to Sydney, with visits to Bora Bora, Pago Pago and more (departing Feb. 23, 2028). There are three Asia-specific segments: the 14-day Isles of the Orient from Bali to Taipei (March 27, 2028 departure); the 12-day Pearls of East Asia from Taipei to Tokyo (April 10, 2028 departure); and the 12-day Treasures of Southeast Asia from Hong Kong to Bangkok (May 2, 2028 departure). For Med lovers, the 14-day Timeless Mediterranean sailing from Istanbul to Barcelona departs on June 20, 2028.
