Disney Cruise Line has unveiled its fall 2027 and spring 2028 itineraries, marking a return to New York City, more sailings from San Juan, Puerto Rico, and visits to destinations from Canada to Mexico. The lineup will also feature maiden calls at several new ports on select itineraries. It’s going to be a busy cruise season so start planning your family’s cruise vacations now.
Early bookings open for select Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club members on Aug. 31, 2026, with general bookings opening on Sept. 8.
Disney Cruise Line will return to New York City for the first time since 2023, with the Disney Wish arriving in late September following its inaugural season in Europe. The ship will offer seven 4- to 7-night sailings from New York.
Five itineraries will call in Bermuda, including three with an additional day on the island. Disney Cruise Line will also return to New England and Atlantic Canada for the first time in nearly four years, with Disney Wish calling in Boston; Saint John, New Brunswick; and Halifax, Nova Scotia.
From New York City, Disney Wish will sail a 5-night itinerary to San Juan, Puerto Rico, with a stop in Bermuda. From San Juan, the ship will offer a seven-night Southern Caribbean sailing visiting Aruba, St. Maarten, Bonaire and Dominica, followed by a four-night repositioning cruise to Port Canaveral with stops at Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.
Disney Fantasy will offer additional sailings from San Juan in fall 2027 and spring 2028. In December 2027, the ship will sail a 7-night Southern Caribbean itinerary from Puerto Rico, followed by a 5-night Eastern Caribbean cruise ending in Fort Lauderdale. Disney Fantasy will return to San Juan in late April through May 2028 for two 7-night Southern Caribbean sailings, with calls including Curaçao, Bonaire, Barbados and Antigua.
Meanwhile, Disney Magic will offer two 14-night Panama Canal repositioning cruises in fall 2027 and spring 2028. In November, the ship will sail from San Diego to Galveston, including a maiden call at Fuerte Amador (Panama City), Panama. In March, Disney Magic will sail from Galveston to San Diego, with a maiden call at Colon, Panama.
Starting in November 2027, three Wish Class ships will sail from Port Canaveral. Disney Destiny will home port there for the first time, offering 3- to 7-night Bahamas and Western Caribbean itineraries after beginning the fall season in Fort Lauderdale. Following its New York City and San Juan sailings, Disney Wish will offer 3- and 4-night Bahamas cruises from Port Canaveral, including calls at Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. Disney Treasure will continue 7-night Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries, along with an 8-night Eastern Caribbean sailing and a 6-night Bahamas cruise with two calls at Disney Castaway Cay.
Disney Dream will also sail 3- and 4-night Bahamas itineraries from Port Canaveral before repositioning to Fort Lauderdale in November 2027 for 3- to 4-night cruises and one 6-night sailing with two calls at Disney Castaway Cay. Disney Fantasy will sail from Port Canaveral from September through November 2027 on 4- and 5-night Bahamas and Western Caribbean itineraries before repositioning to San Juan for two sailings and then to Fort Lauderdale for 4- to 7-night Bahamas and Eastern Caribbean cruises. From Fort Lauderdale, Disney Fantasy will also make its first sailing to Bermuda on an 8-night itinerary that includes both Disney island destinations in The Bahamas.
The line will have two ships sailing from San Diego through early November 2027, with Disney Magic and Disney Wonder offering 3- to 7-night Baja and Mexican Riviera itineraries. Disney Wonder will continue sailing from San Diego through fall 2027 and spring 2028, with calls including Ensenada and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and Catalina Island, California. Following its eastbound Panama Canal sailing, Disney Magic will return to Galveston for 4- to 7-night cruises, including select 7-night Bahamas itineraries calling at both Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point and Disney Castaway Cay.
