Steuart joins Oceania following more than 26 years with Carnival Cruise Line, where she most recently served as Sr. Sales Director, Strategic Partnerships, overseeing major host agencies, online travel agencies, consortia and key trade relationships. In her new role, she will oversee Oceania Cruises’ team of BDMs across the U.S. and Canada, leading the company’s frontline field sales efforts.

Meanwhile, Von Wittenau, who’s been with the cruise line for more than a decade, will be responsible for the company’s consortia partnerships, industry associations and broader advisor engagement and training initiatives.

VIVA’s new appointees include Nasim Ghannadian as VP, Sales & Marketing, North America, and Michael Weldon as Sr. Director, National Accounts. Ghannadian, who has held leadership positions with American Queen Voyages, Carnival Cruise Line and Viking Cruises, will focus on expanding the brand’s presence in North America, strengthening travel advisor partnerships and driving continued commercial growth while enhancing guest engagement and brand awareness.

Weldon started his river cruise career in 2003 with American West Steamboat Company before joining Norwegian Cruise Lines. He since worked for Viking Cruises, American Cruise Line, AmaWaterways and Hurtigruten Expeditions.
