The incentive values vary by accommodation type, with $200 awarded for Beachfront Rooms, $500 for Beach Houses, $1,000 for Villas and $2,000 for The Reserve Villas. The Reserve Villas represent Beach Enclave’s private beachfront collection on Grace Bay. Each location provides a distinct island experience. Grace Bay features villas along calm turquoise waters suitable for swimming and paddleboarding. Long Bay is noted for its wide, shallow beach and will debut a new Beach Club in December 2025. North Shore offers private oceanfront villas with open layouts and panoramic views.
The Beach Club at Long Bay will offer a relaxed yet refined dining experience featuring Mediterranean-inspired dishes and craft cocktails. Your clients will have the option to dine al fresco or lounge poolside. The Beach Club will serve as an amenity for guests staying in the private oceanfront villas at Long Bay, which feature open layouts and panoramic views. This addition is part of Beach Enclave’s broader strategy to enhance guest services and experiences across its three distinct locations in Turks & Caicos.
All accommodations include private pools, butler service and optional chef service so that guests can customize their daily plans at a relaxed pace. To qualify for the incentive, a minimum stay of four nights is required during Thanksgiving week and five nights during the holiday period.
