Allegiant is expanding its Florida network with the launch of eight new nonstop routes scheduled to begin in fall 2026. The expansion adds new service to Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, St. Pete-Clearwater and Punta Gorda.
“We’re excited to announce these new routes and believe it is an important time for Allegiant to increase travel options in these markets,” said Drew Wells, Allegiant’s Chief Commercial Officer, in a media statement. “Our mission is to offer service where it is needed most, and these additions ensure that affordable fares can remain available to consumers despite industry changes.”
Introductory Fares & Loyalty Incentives
As part of the launch, Allegiant is offering introductory one-way fares starting at $59, along with 1,000 bonus Allways Rewards points for travelers booking flights on the new routes.
Four of the new routes will operate through Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, connecting South Florida with key domestic markets. New service from Fort Lauderdale will include flights to Boston via Boston Logan International Airport beginning Oct. 1, 2026; Omaha beginning Oct. 2; Pittsburgh beginning Oct. 2; and Kansas City beginning Oct. 2.
The airline is also adding two new routes at St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport, including service to Philadelphia starting Oct. 2 and Columbia beginning Nov. 19.
In Central Florida, Allegiant will launch nonstop flights between Orlando Sanford International Airport and Trenton beginning Oct. 2. The carrier is also expanding service at Punta Gorda Airport with new nonstop flights to La Crosse beginning Oct. 1.
The move comes as airlines continue to increase capacity to Florida’s leisure markets ahead of the 2026-2027 travel season. According to Allegiant, the new additions are designed to provide travelers with affordable access to leisure destinations while supporting the airline’s broader growth strategy in Florida markets.
