It’s here where they’ll meet their Family Host, who will help families set up restaurant reservations, recommend fun things to do around the resort, facilitate with offsite excursions and help create customized theme nights in the room, where the children watch movies or celebrate their birthday in a special way. For the latter, imagine your clients arriving to their suite after a day at the beach, to find a bubble bath in the suite’s hydromassage tub complemented by special amenities just for the little ones.
