There’s a new hotel in Miami: Hyde Hotel & Residences Midtown Miami, welcoming its firsts guests today.

The property, featuring 60 guestrooms, is located in Miami’s emerging Midtown neighborhood and offers guests a rooftop amenity floor, a spa, and designer suites that include split layouts, private kitchens, and exposed concrete ceilings. The rooftop amenity floor offers an infinity pool, a bar and restaurant, tennis and bocce courts, a putting green, and a glass-walled business center that can also be used as an event space. The property also offers guests on-demand transportation to SLS South Beach with VIP access to the resort’s beach, pool and day club.

“We are extremely excited about this unique property located in the up-and-coming Midtown Miami and Design District neighborhood. The hotel offers fantastic amenities, and extremely spacious rooms with kitchenettes, allowing for an ultimate convenience while on vacation or a business trip. We have no doubt that guests will love it,” said Haim Yehezkel and his partner, owners of the Hyde Midtown hotel, in press materials.

This property marks the second Hyde project to open in South Florida, following Hyde Hollywood Resort & Residences’ completion last winter. However, more is coming to South Florida as Hyde Beach House will open in Hollywood in 2019.

Rates start at $129 per night for a limited time. Suite rates a will start at $400 per night during high season.
