The Margaritaville brand is headed to Times Square. The global lifestyle brand synonymous with fun in the sun, Margaritaville Holdings, today announced it’s building a new Margaritaville Resort in New York City.

The new property will be located in Times Square at 560 Seventh Avenue, just blocks away from the lights of the city’s entertainment district. The 234-guestroom, 29-story property is expected to open in late 2020. Once it’s complete, the new hotel will feature several Margaritaville food and beverage concepts, a rooftop LandShark Bar & Grill, Floridays Airstream Cafe, and St. Somewhere Spa, plus a pool, and retail space. Also, an all-new concept, Chill Bar, will also be implemented at this new property.
