Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts recently announced a huge expansion in Egypt in partnership with real estate development corporation Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG): your clients can look forward to new hotels and residences as well as significant enhancements to existing properties.

New additions include Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Cairo Capital at Madinaty and Four Seasons Hotel Luxor, as well as the multi-million dollar upgrades at Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Sharm El Sheikh. The latter doubled the offerings of the existing property with new accommodations, dining outlets, leisure activities and more.

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Cairo Capital at Madinaty is slated to open in 2025 in the Madinaty development on 460 acres) of parkland. The hotel will have 346 guestrooms and suites, while the Private Residences will be comprised of 107 villas and 80 luxury residences.

Also set to open in 2025, Four Seasons Hotel Luxor will include 200 guestrooms and suites, each with views of the Nile River, the Valley of the Kings and the Valley of the Queens. The Hotel will be located just south of the Luxor Temple and will offer several restaurant and bar outlets, a spa, a fitness facility, multiple pools, luxury retail, a Kids For All Seasons program and a young adults center. The property will also feature meeting and event spaces totaling 14,000 sq. ft.

The expansion project at Four Seasons Private Residences at Sharm El Sheikh—which first opened 20 years ago—includes the addition of 69 Private Residences to the existing collection of 77. Enhancements include new accommodations, restaurants, recreational facilities and meeting spaces, among other luxury additions.
