You can explore Kenya with FAMTrips.travel, Liberty Africa Safaris and KAI Collection. This trip is available for travel June 8-15, 2022 or Nov 8-15, 2022.

This 8-day trip will feature both traditional safari lodges and luxury tented camp experiences. Guests will explore the Masai Mara National Reserve, the Lake Nakuru National Park, which is known for having the largest population of rhinos including the endangered Black Rhinos. On this itinerary, advisors will travel through Nairobi, and those who have early arrivals can opt for tours of the Daphne Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, Giraffe Center, Karen Blixen Museum and Blixen Coffee Garden, as well as to the Kazuri Beads Factory, depending on your interests.

Here, you’ll stay at the 5-Star Sarova Stanley Hotel, the first luxury hotel established in Nairobi in 1902. Next, you’ll head to the Aberdare National Park where you can spot elephants roaming. You’ll also visit a secluded lodge designed to resemble Noah’s Ark and floats amid the forests of the Aberdare National Park —all you’ll need with you is an overnight bag for this experience. (Luggages will be left at the Aberdare Country Club, so make sure to pack an overnight bag.) While still at The Ark, you will receive an early wake-up call to catch a glimpse of both the pre dawn wildlife and the first glimpse of the snow-capped peak of Mount Kenya. The Ark offers spectacular wildlife viewing opportunities, allowing guests to see the wildlife from three different levels, inside and out, while being feet away from large herds of elephants.

Next, you’ll arrive at Shaba National Reserve and stay at the Sarova Shaba Game Lodge. After an afternoon game drive, guests will have dinner at the lodge. While at Lake Nakuru, advisors will enjoy lunch at the Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge, and enjoy an afternoon on safari in Kenya’s largest rhino sancutuary, plus you can also view buffalo, lions, and leopards here.

In Masai Mara National Reserve, you’ll visit the Sarova Mara Game Camp—a luxury tented camp—and then spend the afternoon on safari. The next day you’ll spend an entire day on safari where you can spot all of the Big Five. While here, you’ll also have the opportunity for optional excursions, at an extra cost, including a hot air balloon safari.

This FAM is priced at $1,995 pp and a non industry guests can join for an additional $200, single supplement is $600.

In addition, for travel advisors who would like to extend their trip, Liberty Safaris Africa and KAI Collection can assist with your optional pre or post stays if requested far enough in advance so that they may assist with the best accommodations to meet your individual interests.
