Blue Diamond Resorts continues to up the ante when it comes to service and guest experience with upgrades to its Diamond Club and Star Class guestroom categories in their Royalton Luxury Resorts and Planet Hollywood Beach ResortsThe upgrades will be available to your clients with bookings on or after Oct. 1, 2023.

Blue Diamond Resorts’ New Elevated Options

Blue Diamond Resorts has looked into its luxury offer and expanded and enhanced key details that will make a difference with your most demanding clients, from F&B to the in-room experience, guest services, and, most notably for return clients, the Butler Service.

A highlight for the brand—and the guests—is the increase in the number of Butlers per resort, meaning the ratio of butlers to rooms is increased, in a move that ups the personalization of the experience while also adding to the local economy via new employment. All Butlers have to go through an intensive training program before they can interact with guests, ensuring a seamless and personalized stay for everyone throughout their vacation.

The Butler Service is not the only area receiving an upgrade: your clients will now find a larger selection of premium top-tier drinks and spirits at all the Diamond Club and Star Class bars throughout the resorts, plus dedicated lounges. Culinary options have also been refreshed and enhanced, as has room service. In the guestrooms, clients will find updated amenities as well. In all, the luxury all-inclusive experience has been polished and improved.
