National Wellness Month is right around the corner, so we’ve rounded up a few journeys from around the globe to help your clients integrate well-being into mind, body and soul this August—and beyond.

At Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Wellness is in the Contrast

The Rosewood brand is diving deeper into the wellness arena by adding contrast therapy to its offer at select properties worldwide. Though trending now, this treatment has been around for centuries and is renowned for its healing powers, derived from the contrasting hot and cold therapies (ergo, the name).

At Kona Village, A Rosewood Resortthe brand’s newest addition to its collection, the Asaya Spa offers your clients the Anu A Wela therapy with a steam sauna, a cold plunge and a tea-infused foot soak ritual. At the Riviera Maya’s Rosewood Mayakoba, they can visit Sense, a Rosewood Spa, for the Curative Fire & Ice Therapy. Inspired by ancient Mayan healing, it uses warm and cool stones to improve circulation and relax tight muscles.

Clients visiting Rosewood Baha Mar in Nassau Paradise Island can strengthen their immune system, among other things, with a treatment derived from the healing practices of the ancient Arawak Indians, while those visiting Madrid’s Rosewood Villa Magna can opt for the Mayarit Hammam Ritual, which is inspired by the beauty secret of the North African Berber women and involves exfoliation with their traditional black soap and an authentic Kessa glove. In the Caribbean’s Rosewood Le Guanahani St Barth, the Return to Balance treatment begins with a salt foot soak and exfoliation, followed by a cooling wrap and concluding with hot compresses with herbs.
