Travel advisors who complete Riviera River Cruises’ Travel Agent Academy course by the end of February will be entered in a drawing to win a complimentary European river cruise from the company.
Advisors must complete the training course by Feb. 28, 2019 in order to earn automatic entry in the drawing. Advisors who complete the course—whether by the Feb. 28 deadline or not—will also receive a certificate of graduation as a Riviera River Cruises specialist and 2 CEU credits from The Travel Institute. The winner must sail on the complimentary cruise in 2019.
“We welcome travel professionals to learn about Riviera at any time through the Travel Agent Academy, but for a limited time we’re offering a drawing for a chance to experience one of our cruises as well,” said Jana Tvedt, Riviera River Cruises’ executive v.p., in press materials. “We pride ourselves on our relationships with travel professionals and awarding a complimentary cruise is just another way to thank them for taking the time to find out more about us and sharing our product with their clients.”
Through the Travel Agent Academy, advisors will learn about Riviera’s history, its “price promise,” and its product offerings, which feature 13 itineraries on nine rivers and waterways, including new exclusive departures for solo travelers. The Riviera fleet of 12 ships is also one of the most modern in Europe, having launched six ships in 2017 and 2018, with plans to launch the MS George Eliot and the MS William Wordsworth sometime this year.
