The new Club Med University, an eLearning tool for travel advisors, gives advisors the opportunity to learn the ins-and-outs of Club Med through a dedicated training program and increase their ability to boost sales and revenue.
The new program is designed to help travel advisors develop their knowledge about the Club Med brand, products, and novelties—facilitating advisors’ abilities to increase their sales and revenue. Plus, following the completion of the 7-course training program, advisors will receive their certification as a Club Med Travel Advisor Specialist, becoming well-versed in all things Club-Med.
Club Med’s! Club Med University is available through the Club Med Travel Advisor portal. Advisors can sign up and complete courses such as “Introduction to Club Med,” “North American Resorts,” “Mountain Resorts,” and “Exclusive Collection,” and then receive their certification as a “Club Med Travel Advisor Specialist.”
