This is the week for a few pats on your back for the amazing job you do as a travel advisor. African Travel, Inc. will do the honors, celebrating Travel Advisor Day with the launch of special incentives, travel discounts, client amenities and tools.
Starting May 1, 2023, advisors will earn a booking incentive for each new custom safari (excluding specials, Classic Safari Vacation Packages and groups) booked May 1, 2023-Dec. 15, 2024, payable the month of their client’s travel. Plus, advisors will receive up to 15 percent commission on land safaris.
Also, you can travel to Africa and receive savings of up to 30 percent for yourself and a travel companion. And when you have five-plus bookings, you can travel with three guests.

We want to thank those advisors who book with us and join our African Travel Specialist program with great booking incentives and effective selling tools to help make 2023 a roaring success,” said Sherwin Banda, president of African Travel, Inc., in a press release statement. “Africa is in-demand, and we look forward to warmly welcoming our advisor community members to experience Africa either by visiting the continent or exploring in our new Summer Webinar Series.”
African Travel is also encouraging advisors to sign up to its African Travel Specialist program. Upon signing up, advisors have access to marketing and event support, educational trips, new client amenities, the Agent Academy, and the new ATI summer webinar series. To receive the travel discount advisors must be registered for the program and complete the Academy courses before travel.
