New Hotels Open in Miami Beach this Summer

For your clients ready to hit the beach, don’t miss these two new hotels opening in Miami Beach this year.

Esme Miami Beach, expected to open this summer,is located on Miami Beach’s famed Espanola Way. This Spanish-Mediterranean property will feature 145 guestrooms and five food & beverage concepts. The hotel will feature a rooftop space with four interconnected roof decks activated with a bar, a restaurant and a pool.

Each guestroom and suite will feature keyless entry, in-room tablet compendium, and a 43′ smart TV. Other on-property amenities include: complimentary WiFi, turndown service upon request, 24-hour front desk and concierge staff available, same day pressing and laundry service, and transportation services are also available.

The Goodtime Hotel, also opening this year,is a new, waterfront property that will be located on South Beach. The seven story, 266-room hotel features a recording studio, an outdoor workout area, retail space, and dining opportunities, featuring indoor and outdoor seating. Strawberry Moon is a dining concept featuring Mediterranean classics and “Club House Classics” that will satisfy comfort food cravings. The property will also feature a pool lounge, an onsite library, and an outdoor/indoor gym with Peloton bikes and MyBeast training.
