Frank Maduro brings 25 years of experience in sales and marketing within the travel industry to his new role as president of Premier Worldwide Marketing—the sales and marketing provider for Karisma Hotels & Resorts. As well as developing marketing and sales strategies, Maduro will work on expanding the company’s resort portfolio into new regions and growing its overall footprint.

He joins Premier Worldwide Marketing from AIC Hotel Group, where he worked for the past 12 years as the group’s v.p. of marketing, helping to grow the company’s brands in Mexico and the Caribbean. Hard Rock Hotels, Nobu Hotels, Eden Roc Miami Beach and UNICO 20˚87˚ Hotel Riviera Maya are among AIC’s brands. Before joining AIC, Maduro served as director of sales at Sandals Resorts and has also worked in marketing at Cunard Line. 

Karisma’s brands include Azul Beach Resorts, El Dorado Spa Resorts, Margaritaville Island Reserve Resorts, Margaritaville St. Somewhere by Karisma, Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts, Generation Resorts, Karisma Villas, Hidden Beach Au Naturel Resort and Palafitos Overwater Bungalows. Maduro will play an important role as Karisma, which owns and manages resorts in Europe, the Caribbean, Mexico and Latin America, seeks to develop new partnerships and broaden its footprint in the Caribbean.
