These four properties are opening up in 2021, just in time for your client’s fall and winter travel plans to London, Valencia, Palo Alto, and Quebec.
Beaverbook Town House debuts in London tomorrow, Sept. 1, set on 15,000 sq. ft. The properties occupies two revamped Georgian townhouses, which were originally commissioned by Charles Sloane Cadogan, 1st Earl Cadogan at the end of the 18th century.
The property features 14 suites, a contemporary Japanese restaurant and bar, a meeting room, private events rooms, and a garden. Paying tribute to Lord Beaverbrook’s London home, the property is decorated with antiques, vintage toys, and curios that could have been brought back from his travels. Instead of welcoming guests to a reception area, they’ll find a cozy library featuring London-centric options to borrow. And instead of a formal staff, guests will be met with personal assistants that can help them with local recommendations and more. Each of the 14 suites are named after a famous London theater, and decorated with clues to its playhouse past.
The onsite Japanese eatery, Fuji Grill and Omakase Sushi Bar serve sushi, sashimi and nigiri, alongside dishes such as charcoal wagyu with juniper miso.
In addition, guests will experience perks like Lord Beaverbrook’s guests did in the past with exclusive access to the city’s cultural scene, private shopping experiences, and in-room massage and beauty treatments. Guests can also book fitness classes at nearby KXU or personal training sessions in the Cadogan Place Gardens.
