Lip Smacking Foodie Tours are now available in Seattle. The brand, which was founded just four years ago in Las Vegas, offers innovative walking tours, and has added a VIP group dining experience giving guests access to some of the most celebrated establishments in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood.

The new tours are available for groups between 15 to 75 guests, as they’re escorted to up to four restaurants, each presenting an array of dishes as guests mingle and enjoy. Guests are treated as VIP’s as they’ll be personally greeted by chefs and proprietors, and then whisked to the best seats in the house at each venue. They’ll never have to wait in line or make reservations.

The new tours around Capitol Hill start off at Marmite, named of of “America’s Best New Restaurants” in 2017 by Bon Appetite magazine, and is known for its French cuisine built on a foundation of house-made broths. Chef and owner Bruce Naftaly will showcase his skills in a cooking demonstration for guests during their first stop. Next it’s off to Capitol Cider, the largest independent cider bar in the country, housed in a 100-year-old building. Here, guests will get a glimpse of everything apple from ciders to spirits, to hose-made apple butter and other dishes made with apples. During this stop, guests will learn why cider that goes back to Roman times, is experiencing a resurgence. The next stop is Omega Ouzeri where guests will enjoy small plates of Greek cuisine. The tour then meds at La Spiga, featuring authentic Northern Italian cuisine of the Emilia-Romagna region. Here, guests will enjoy a dinner that includes the restaurant’s famed hand-made pastas crafted with organic eggs and heritage grains.
