Scenic Group Offers Revamped Loyalty Program

Scenic Group has launched a new global loyalty platform—Scenic & Emerald Rewards—consolidating its former Scenic Club and EmeraldEXPLORER programs into a single, streamlined program spanning the company’s portfolio of luxury river cruises, yacht voyages and escorted land journeys.

The unified program, developed using guest and travel advisor feedback, is designed to simplify how repeat travelers earn and redeem benefits across Scenic Group’s brands, including Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours and Emerald Cruises. All existing members have been automatically transitioned into the new platform, with status points combined and tier placements adjusted upward where applicable.

Four-Tier Loyalty Program

The redesigned loyalty structure now features four tiers: Gold, Diamond, Emerald, and Chairman’s Club. The changes aim to deliver clearer progression, more meaningful recognition and greater consistency across its global offerings.

A key addition to the program is MyRewards, a new feature that allows members to earn 1 percent of the value of eligible new bookings as a monetary credit. These rewards can be applied toward future Scenic or Emerald river cruises, ocean yacht voyages or escorted land tours—all subject to terms and conditions.
