Regent Seven Seas Cruises has introduced a new travel partner program, Regent Elevate, designed to raise their mutually-beneficial partnership with travel advisors and giving them the chance to thrive while reaping the benefits of an ever-evolving travel landscape.
“At Regent, we believe that travel advisors are the lifeblood of the cruise industry, and our mission is to empower them to succeed,” said Andrea DeMarco, President of Regent Seven Seas Cruises in a media announcement. “Rewarding their dedication, expertise, and passion, Regent Elevate is an extraordinary new program created exclusively with our Travel Partners in mind, focused on providing marketing insights, unrivaled sales support, and growth-enhancing opportunities.”
New Regent Elevate Program Includes Three Key Initiatives
As part of the launch of Regent Elevate, Regent has unveiled three flagship initiatives under the three key pillars of the new program, underlining the cruise line’s unwavering commitment to invest in their loyal Travel Advisor partners.
Elevated Insights will help travel advisors excel in the luxury cruise market through comprehensive training, industry-leading market research and data to help target Regent guests, as well as guidance on a wide-range of marketing disciplines from Regent’s in-house experts.
As part of Regent Elevate, RSSC University has recently been revamped and relaunched with new graduate degree levels and new courses to provide Travel Advisors with a strong basis to sell Regent cruises. A new Master’s degree includes courses such as The Regent Guest, Epicurean Perfection, Personalized Service, and Luxurious Space.
Regent has also doubled their RSSC University bonus commission amount from $100 previously to $200 for each new reservation submitted within 120 days following degree completion.
Additionally, and in celebration of the revamped RSSC University, Regent is partnering with The Travel Institute, offering 100 travel advisors the chance to receive a sponsored scholarship to become a Certified Travel Associate. The newly revised, self-paced Certified Travel Associate program covers 15 critical areas of study designed to focus on skills needed to succeed as a travel consultant in North America today.
With best-in-class sales and marketing tools, meticulously optimized marketing collateral, and a user-friendly online marketing asset portal, Marketing Central, Regent offers Elevated Support to empower travel advisors in selling Regent cruises.
In cooperation with experienced hotel strategist Larry Mogelonsky, MBA, P. Eng, Regent has developed a new webinar focusing on how Regent compares to luxury hotel land-based vacations alongside a robust luxury hotel comparison toolkit. Invitations to the new webinar and access to the sales toolkit will be sent in late September.
Understanding that when travel advisors thrive, Regent thrives, the cruise line is committed to providing tools needed to grow their business in the luxury cruise market. Whether an experienced advisor or one just getting started, Regent provides abundant opportunities to nurture Elevated Growth together, from rich incentives to incredible promotional offers, to earning their all-important, highly rewarding “Commissions-with-a-Comma.”
As a thank you for their loyal travel advisors’ continued partnership, Regent is offering the opportunity to earn more with a $250 Gift Card incentive in the month of October for any newly deposited 2024 bookings.
