MSC Cruises has revealed its full winter 2027–2028 deployment, along with a new “Let’s Holiday” advertising campaign starring Drew Barrymore and Orlando Bloom. The new commercial, which will air in early 2026 ahead of Wave Season, follows the celebrity duo’s previous collaboration and features the cruise line’s signature blend of European style and American comfort.
Upcoming Winter Sailings
The winter 2027–2028 season offers a diverse range of Caribbean itineraries, from short 3- and 4-night getaways to extended 10- and 11-night voyages through Central and South America. Highlights include MSC World Atlantic’s inaugural sailings from Port Canaveral, offering alternating 7-night Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries, as well as MSC Grandiosa’s 3- and 4-night cruises to Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve and The Bahamas.
From Miami, MSC World America will lead four ships, including MSC Seaside (3- and 4-night cruises to Nassau and Ocean Cay), MSC Seashore (6- and 8-night itineraries to destinations such as Grand Turk, the Virgin Islands and St. Kitts), and MSC Poesia (10- and 11-night immersive voyages through the Caribbean and Panama Canal). In Galveston, MSC Seascape will offer 7-night Western Caribbean itineraries featuring Costa Maya, Roatan and Cozumel.
The cruise line also announced a major shipbuilding order with MEYER WERFT in Germany, including four new vessels and two additional options under its “New Frontier” platform. Each ship will carry up to 5,400 passengers with approximately 180,000 gross tons, with deliveries starting in 2030.
