The Caribbean

Arlo Washington DC also opened in late November, located within walking distance of Penn Quarter, Judiciary Square and Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. The property is Arlo Hotels’ seventh location and its first in the nation’s capital.
The new 445-guestroom hotel incorporates the district’s oldest surviving apartment building, the 1888 Harrison Apartments, plus a 12-story addition. The old Harrison Apartments guestrooms have maintained their original exposed brick wall. The hotel also features the restaurant, Arrels, and the ART DC rooftop, which includes a bar and lounge and a resort-style pool.
