Virtuoso Expands Leadership Role for Michelle Rashid, Elevating Culture-Driven Operations

Virtuoso has announced that industry veteran Michelle Rashid has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Culture, Talent & Global Operations. Rashid has served as the organization’s Senior Vice President, Culture & Human Resources since 2022.

Rashid will lead efforts to ensure Virtuoso’s operating model—from enterprise project management to service delivery—reflects the empathy, clarity and shared purpose that define its culture.

“Michelle has been instrumental in shaping Virtuoso’s culture and leadership infrastructure during one of the most transformative periods in our company’s history,” said Virtuoso Chief Operating Officer, Brad Bourland, in a media statement. “Now under her leadership, global operations will integrate more closely with our global teams to streamline processes and build a scalable foundation that strengthens how Virtuoso delivers on its purpose of enriching lives through human connection.”

Rashid joined Virtuoso in 2005. Over the years, she has helped embed core values, develop leadership pathways and foster personal and professional growth across the company. As her role expands, Rashid will continue to oversee culture, talent strategy, human resources and workplace experience, now adding leadership of enterprise project management, program management and centralized global operations from marketing to partner and member relations areas.

Alongside Rashid’s promotion, Michael Londregan has assumed the new title of Senior Vice President, Global Markets. Londregan will continue to lead Virtuoso’s nine regional general managers, overseeing global market planning, execution and performance optimization as the network grows.
