Virgin Voyages Taps Canva to Boost Advisor Engagement and Revenue

 
 

Virgin Voyages is expanding its digital capabilities through a new partnership with Canva, introducing AI-driven marketing tools designed to support travel advisors and enhance sales performance.

As the wider travel industry continues to explore AI integration, Virgin Voyages is moving decisively with the rollout of an AI-powered platform for travel advisors. The new tools aim to streamline content creation, speed up campaign delivery and support advisors in generating more bookings.

A Win/Win for First Mates

This launch represents the first phase of Virgin Voyages’ broader strategy to incorporate intelligent, advisor-focused tools across its sales ecosystem, underscoring the company’s commitment to digital transformation and advisor empowerment.

Launched in November, 100 advisors have been invited to join a four-week immersive journey to master Canva. The sessions helped advisors create and customize flyers, crate social media posts, destination content and booking materials featuring Virgin Voyages’ complete brand kit, including fonts, logos, color palettes, offer lock-ups and signature “With Love From” stamps. 

The partnership helps reduce off-brand or duplicated materials while improving marketing and overall brand consistency. The training program features weekly sessions showcasing different marketing materials, accompanied by creative challenges that reward participation with prizes including Canva merchandise, Yellow Leaf Hammocks and co-op marketing funds.

Canva’s template library enables advisors to maintain brand consistency while personalizing content for their unique clientele. In addition to Canva, the Virgin Voyages team is exploring intelligent tools to free up time for advisor–client interactions; manage routine tasks such as availability checks, pricing updates and booking confirmations; and streamlining communication with automated follow-ups.
