Fresh off its epic Australia debut—which included Sir Richard Branson scaling the Sydney Harbour Bridge—and winning Cruise Critic’s best new cruise ship of the year for 2023, Virgin Voyages, Virgin’s newest travel company, is bringing back its most inclusive offer ever for the cruise industry’s annual Wave Season. The exclusively adult travel brand is also introducing 21 awe-inspiring new ports for the summer of 2025 across Iceland, Italy, Scotland, Ireland, the Caribbean and more.

Between now and Jan. 31, travelers can purchase a voyage for one passenger and get 70 percent off the second fare, plus up to $600 USD in a bar tab, depending on the voyage length. Able to be used for specialty coffees, high-end, top-shelf cocktails or the brand’s signature Shake for Champagne feature with Moët delivery on demand, the Bar Tab tiers include $600 for voyages 14+ nights; $300 for 7-13 nights; $200 for 5-6 nights; and $100 for voyages 4 nights or less.

Inspired by its founder Sir Richard Branson’s proclivity for taking risks, the cruise line is no stranger to making bold decisions. From eliminating non-commissionable fares for its First Mates (travel advisors) to bringing its newest flagship vessel to Australia during its inaugural season, Virgin Voyages continually seeks opportunities to deliver fresh experiences for its passengers.

Virgin Voyages: New Ports + Rock Star Quarters

In the summer of 2025, the brand will debut 21 new ports across its global fleet with highlights that include Reykjavik (Iceland), Naples (Italy), Dublin (Ireland), Istanbul (Turkey), Porto (Portugal), George Town (Grand Cayman) and Muscat (Oman) to name a few.

Frequently asked why he decided to build a cruise line, Sir Richard Branson describes wanting to create a class of vessels fit for his mates. The result: an award-winning fleet of high-tech Lady Ships with Michelin-inspired culinary options, acclaimed Virgin service, unrivaled wellness amenities and distinct, immersive entertainment that could only be derived from a Virgin brand.

All aboard: Vinyl always part of the Voyage.

Next year, in addition to its signature shows like Persephone and UNTITLED DANCESHOWPARTYTHING, Virgin Voyages is bringing new laughs on-board with its LOLz Supper Club comedy show, debuting first on Scarlet Lady. Additionally, Duel Reality, the acrobatic tale inspired by fabled, star-crossed lovers, Romeo and Juliet, is making waves as one of the first cruise ship productions brought to land. Virgin Voyages and The Seven Fingers are teaming up for the show’s Boston premier this February.

Also on the docket for 2024 are not one, but three global Elevate (formerly Limitless) Voyages, a CEO-hosted Celebration Voyage, and the return of the brand’s popular Eat & Drink Festival and Wellbeing Months (January through March).
