Norway the Right Way
The itinerary begins in the town of Narvik in Northern Norway’s Arctic region. Your clients will stay at Camp 291, an eco-lodge that combines modern design with stunning views of fjords and mountains. The first full day includes visiting the Narvik War Museum for insights into Norway’s WWII history. Travelers then head to Kvitnes Gard, an award-winning Arctic farm, for a taste of hyperlocal cuisine.
The trip continues through the Lofoten Islands. Here, participants will have a chance to try their hand at artisanal cheese-making and fishing alongside locals.
In Bodo, a coastal city in northern Norway, the focus shifts to Nordic wellness, with activities such as kayaking or yoga amidst the Arctic scenery. A highlight is a day-long cruise through Beiarfjorden, which showcases Norway’s wilderness with its towering cliffs and cascading waterfalls. The day concludes with an exclusive Stone Age-inspired dining event by the fjord, using traditional underground cooking methods.
The Nordland Railway, also known as The Arctic Train, offers a scenic transition southward. En route, travelers will enjoy a 12-course dining experience at To Elise from Marius, a renowned restaurant blending innovative presentations with local flavors. The journey also includes visits to traditional Norwegian farms.
The adventure concludes in Trondheim with a foraging expedition led by expert guides. Participants will learn about wild ingredients before enjoying an intimate, multi-course dinner in a local setting.
