The Harvey Milk Punch, La Grand Boucherie, NYC

La Grande Boucherie in Midtown Manhattan has created the Harvey Milk Punch, named for the civil rights leader. This $21 clarified cocktail features mezcal, pineapple, lime, and jasmine notes, processed through milk clarification for a smooth texture. The preparation method removes cloudiness while preserving flavor, resulting in a transparent drink with smoky and floral characteristics. Like other Group Hospitality venues, La Grande Boucherie donates $1 from each Pride cocktail to The Trevor Project. This French restaurant’s central location makes it convenient for clients staying in the Theater District or near Rockefeller Center.
