TTC Tour Brands has rolled out a series of seven new eLearning courses that completely redesigned its previous training modules. The TTC Tour Brands Masterclass offers detailed yet concise overviews of its portfolio—Trafalgar, Contiki, Costsaver, Brendan Vacations, Luxury Gold and Insight Vacations. Once completed, travel advisors will earn travel benefits.

“Travel advisors are the cornerstone of our company and we want to make sure we continue to provide them with the right tools for success. This new masterclass is the perfect opportunity for both new and veteran advisors to prepare ahead of the 2024 travel season with meaningful courses that not only give a better understanding of our portfolio of award-winning brands but also provide insight into the elements and innerworkings that bring these experiences to life,” said Melissa DaSilva, president of TTC Tour Brands, North America, in a press statement. “We hope these courses will be the ‘cheat sheet in your back pocket’ with insider tips and tricks that perfectly suit your clientele.”

A Look at the TTC Tour Brands New Masterclass

When advisors enroll in the new masterclass, they will look at seven courses of 20-minute or fewer modules. The first is an overview of the sales division, followed by courses dedicated to each tour brand. The masterclass is designed to appeal to new-to-brand and veteran TTC Tour advisors with the most topline, offering them essential information on each brand to facilitate sales. The first course is mandatory, and then the travel advisor can choose to take all the brand modules or pick and choose which ones best fit their client and business needs.

The travel advisors who finish this eLearning course are then eligible to earn travel benefits through TTC Tour Brands’ Travel Advisor Discount Program and FAM educational trip series. If you have previously taken TTC eLearning courses, you can peruse the new courses using your same login information. Advisors new to TTC’s Agent Academy must register to access the platform.
