The Tryall Club luxury private golf club in Montego Bay recently unveiled two new villas—Oceana and Love & Livity—adding an ultra luxe touch to the 2,200-acre property. Perfect for groups of friends and family to enjoy together for getaways in sun-soaked paradise any time of year, each of The Tryall Club’s new villas provides its own unique accommodation experience including enviable privacy, tropical design, personalized service and a dedicated staff.

Oceana Villa Offers Multiple Accommodations

Breezy terraces and amazing views.

Offering camera-ready scenery from the top of Garden Hill, Oceana’s grand living room opens onto a large patio area for guests to lounge outdoors, while multiple settings for dining and unobstructed vistas of the sea are framed by flowers and foliage. The Main House’s master bedroom is laid out to offer guests separate spaces and the room’s en suite bathroom is equipped with a luxurious indoor/outdoor shower and bathtub opening out to its own island view.

Oceana comes with four golf carts for getting around the resort.

A separate Carriage House has two bedrooms, while the Guest Cottage has three bedrooms, including a king, a queen, and a twin that can be converted to a king. Both the Main House and Carriage House are also outfitted with a private bar.

Amenities include a zero-entry infinity pool and a second pool near the side of the house, along with a hot tub and well-equipped Echelon gym. Additionally, the villa comes with four golf carts for easy access around the property, such as a short 3-minute golf cart ride to the tennis and pickleball center, gym, Tryall Market, games room, massage center, Kids’ Club, and library. The stay includes a butler, chef, a laundress, two gardeners, and two housekeepers.

Love & Livity: Designed for Relaxation

Love & Livity’s gorgeous living room.

The name of the home is an ode to the island’s Reggae Super Star, Bob Marley, who introduced the world to Livity—the belief that a righteous energy flows through all people.

Guests have the luxury to step-out and access an expansive wraparound and roof-topped balcony, one of several outdoor areas furnished for lounging in comfort. Each bedroom with en-suite bathroom—three on the upper level, including the master bedroom, and two on the lower level—are designed with plush furnishings and also offer access to the outdoors. Relaxation areas include a sitting room upstairs, a game room downstairs with a pool table for pick-up tournaments and a cushy sofa for spectator seating. Outdoors is a sizable pool area surrounded by cushioned loungers and green foliage.

The villa stay comes with two golf carts and dedicated staff members including a butler, chef, housekeeper and gardener.

Onsite at The Tryall Club is an 18-hole championship golf course, a luxury beach club with swimming pool, a beach restaurant and casual beach grill, tennis, pickleball and the new Spa at Tryall.
