Tauck is looking after your solo travelers in 2026, emphasizing accessibility across its global portfolio of land and river journeys, which includes hundreds of departures throughout the year.

“For many solo travelers, the true value of traveling with Tauck is the sense of ease, confidence and connection they feel from the very beginning,” said Tauck CEO Jennifer Tombaugh in a press statement. “Our guests love knowing that every detail is thoughtfully taken care of—from hotel and restaurant reservations to sightseeing and transportation— and they consistently tell us how supported and welcomed they feel, whether it’s through the expertise of our Tauck Directors or the camaraderie that naturally develops within the group. It allows them to relax, explore and fully immerse themselves in the journey.”

Solo is the Way to Go

For river cruising in Europe, the single supplement will be completely waived on all Category 1 cabins aboard Tauck’s fleet for the 2026 season. This applies to every departure of its river itineraries, totaling more than 250 sailings. Travelers booking these cabins will find savings across routes along the Dutch Waterways, Danube, Rhine, Rhone, Moselle and Seine. Among them is a new French itinerary, Bordeaux, Paris & The Seine, featuring the recently launched ms Serene. The sailing explores Bordeaux’s wine country, Paris and Normandy.

Beyond Category 1, Tauck will reduce the single supplement by $1,000 for select Categories 4 and 5 on designated European river cruise departures next year.

On land, Tauck is applying savings across 105 departures of 37 itineraries worldwide. Reductions reach up to $600, depending on itinerary and region. In North America, the single supplement drops by as much as $300 on 34 departures of 12 itineraries, including national park routes and cultural programs across the U.S. and Canada. The new A Week in… Nova Scotia program is among the included options.

In Europe, savings of up to $400 apply to 52 departures across 18 itineraries in Italy, France, Spain, Great Britain, Central Europe and Scandinavia. Outside Europe, reductions of $600 apply to 7 departures of 7 programs in Asia, Africa and Latin America—Tauck’s highest savings within its land tour collection.
