Scenic Group will introduce a new 4-tier pricing structure in the U.S., effective March 9, 2026. The streamlined model replaces the long-standing 2-for-1 framework and is designed to improve pricing clarity, increase flexibility and align with the group’s broader luxury positioning across both Scenic and Emerald brands.

“This pricing evolution reflects the next chapter of Scenic Group’s growth in the United States. We are strengthening clarity in our pricing while maintaining the generous inclusions and elevated experiences that define our brands. This structure gives our travel advisor partners greater confidence and provides our guests with transparent, flexible options tailored to their travel planning style,” said Ken Muskat, President, Scenic Group USA & LATAM, in a press statement.

The Scenic View

The new structure simplifies booking options while maintaining Scenic Group’s hallmark inclusions, such as premium accommodations, dining, gratuities, beverages and excursions. It creates clearer differentiation across fare levels and allows your clients to prioritize either flexibility or enhanced value.

Under the new plan, U.S. bookings will be organized into four defined categories: Full Fare, Select Fare, Preferred Fare and Preferred+ Fare. Each tier retains the same base inclusions but offers variations in payment terms, savings and value-adds.

Full Fare
Available year-round, Full Fare caters to flexibility. It includes standard brand inclusions and payment timelines and remains fully available without restrictions.

Select Fare
Select Fare is positioned to reward early planning, offering up to 15 percent savings and adjusted payment terms. This fare option is available for up to 120 days before departure.

Preferred Fare
Preferred Fare adds value through air benefits. River cruise guests receive free or reduced airfare, while yacht travelers gain an air credit when booking flights through Scenic Group. This fare maintains the same early booking window, available up to 120 days prior to departure.

Preferred+ Fare
Preferred+ offers the highest savings with the most restrictive terms. It includes all Preferred Fare benefits plus up to $500 in additional savings. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and the fare is nonrefundable. Availability extends until 120 days before departure.

With this change, Scenic Group will make pricing communications more consistent and transparent while reinforcing the inclusivity associated with both Scenic and Emerald. The model eliminates the previous 2-for-1 concept in favor of a simplified approach that supports dynamic pricing strategies and enhanced promotional flexibility.

The company plans to align future offers, extensions and incentives with this structure, creating a single framework that emphasizes value perception and simplified offers.
