A Peek at Ponant Worldwide Itineraries

Ancient Fjords and Unspoiled Islands of Southern New Zealand whisks your clients from January 11-22 on an 11-day expedition through some of the destination’s most gorgeous locations, including the predator-free Ulva Island and the subantarctic islands, aka the “Galapagos of the Southern Ocean.” Other adventures in the area include New Zealand’s North Island and Chatam Islands in November and December and a Tropical Odyssey Between North East Australia and Indonesia in February. Papua New Guinea is brand new for February, which includes outrigger canoe rides to the Fiords of Cape Nelson.

Ponant also has four new Antarctica itineraries on the luxury icebreaker Le Commandant Charcot, including an all-new half-circumnavigation of the Antarctic. In Africa and the Middle East, their new 11-day sailing in the Persian Gulf has new ports of call and a chance to visit Al Hasa, the largest oasis in the world, for the first time. In Asia, Ponant is the first to offer travel to the tropical islands of Southern Japan on a new 8-day itinerary from Taiwan to Okinawa, among others. South America includes a visit to the Falkand Islands and a course from Ushuaia around the legendary Cape Horn. In Central America, there are new itineraries from Belize City and one that includes six countries of South America.

In Europe, you can book them on the 5-day Ocean Voyage that departs from Brest, France, and ends in Reykjavik. Then there’s the 11-day From the Baltic Sea to the North Sea, 11 days aboard Le Champlain departing from Copenhagen and ending in Oslo.

The Arctic includes a 16-day voyage departing August 20-September 4, 2023, aboard Le Bellot that sailes between Iceland, Greenland and Canada, with stops in the French archipelago of Saint Pierre and Miquelon off the coast of Newfoundland, and the 19-day In the Ice of the Arctic: From Greenland to Svalbard between the territories of Greenland and the Norwegian archipelago of Svalbard.

The gorgeous coastlines of the Mediterranean are showcased during Ponant’s two new itineraries, including family-friendly sailings for 11 days between the French Riviera and the capital of Malta.
