Atlas Ocean Voyages is the latest cruise line to take veggies to a whole new gourmet level, adding a plant-based menu to its lineup of culinary experiences aboard its yacht expedition ships.

“Our new vegan menu delivers yet another unique culinary experience for our guests’ evolving preferences and dietary needs,” said James Rodriguez, president and CEO at Atlas Ocean Voyages, in a press statement. “Our team of talented chefs has carefully crafted each dish to showcase the creativity and diversity of vegan cuisine, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our vegan travelers.”

Atlas Ocean Voyages Caters to All Palates

Vegan cuisine is seeing an all-time high as far as demand is concerned, so Atlas Ocean Voyages made it their business to curate the best of Mother Nature’s plant-based ingredients to create gourmet appetizers, main courses and desserts using innovative culinary techniques. These menus will cater not only to refined vegan travelers but to anyone else looking for a new, elevated experience for their palates. Your clients can enjoy this menu on all Atlas Ocean Voyages’ expeditions.

A sample menu includes fresh beets Nicoise salad, a mushroom stroganoff with whiskey sauce and basmati rice, an oyster mushroom ceviche with picked raw oyster mushrooms and a sweet potato puree, or the ensalada de brotes, a combination of sprouts (brotes), avocado, hearts of palm and more.

Vegans will find a new dedicated corner on the menu for breakfast, where they can order vegan croissants, Danish pastries, hummus and more. Lunch will have a vegan selection that changes daily, and a plant-based vegan steak is available at 7Aft Grill at dinnertime. For snacks and grazing, they can look to Paula’s Pantry for vegan power bars and there are even vegan selections on the 24-hour room-service menu.
