Ensemble has introduced a new tool for your business: Hotel Group Desk, a new centralized service designed to help members manage large-scale hotel group reservations involving 9 or more rooms. The idea behind it is to simplify coordination for complex, multi-room or multi-property bookings by overseeing administrative processes directly with preferred hotel partners.
“Our Hotel Group Desk removes the need for members to chase multiple hotels, manage initial negotiations and sift through availability and terms. Once a preferred option is selected, advisors are connected directly to the hotel to finalize contracting and payments, allowing them more time to focus on clients and revenue-generating work,” said Daniel Finkel, SVP, Partner Relations, Ensemble, in a press statement. He added that group hotel sourcing can be one of the most time-intensive parts of an advisor’s workflow.
Ensemble Streamlines
The Hotel Group Desk was developed in response to increased member demand for structured support in handling group bookings. Ensemble will manage sourcing, rate negotiations and operational coordination on behalf of its members. The service allows members to offload tasks such as availability checks, contracting, deposits and attrition terms while ensuring that all arrangements are conducted with approved partner properties.
A newly appointed Hotel Specialist will lead the desk operation. This role includes supervising logistical communications and following up with partner hotels to maintain accuracy and efficiency in group booking execution. Requests submitted through the Hotel Group Desk will receive a response within 48 hours for domestic bookings and within 72 business hours for international bookings. Responses will include three to five qualified hotel options that align with the provided request parameters.
The service will operate exclusively within Ensemble’s preferred partner network, which includes more than 650 independent luxury hotels and over 35,000 chain-affiliated properties participating through brand agreements.
The Hotel Group Desk is fully operational and available to all Ensemble members worldwide.
