Ensemble has rolled out Fastrack, a structured development program for individuals building their own travel agencies within the Ensemble network. Designed as a practical pathway from startup to sustained growth, Fastrack provides two tiered options focused on education, operations and technology integration.
“This is an incredibly attractive and rewarding industry, but it has traditionally not been easy for agency owners to build and sustain profitability,” said Michael Johnson, President of Ensemble, in a press statement. “Ensemble’s entire focus is on helping our members grow stronger, more profitable businesses, and Fastrack is a natural extension of that commitment. It provides new agency owners with the guidance, structure and accountability they need to build a solid foundation for long-term success.”
Ensemble Starts You Off On the Right Foot
The program targets newcomers entering the agency business, offering guidance on strategic setup, client acquisition and ongoing management. Those still evaluating the business opportunity can connect with a host agency through Ensemble to gain operational experience before launching their own.
Recent data support the timing of this initiative: A LinkedIn report placed travel advisor roles fifth among the fastest-growing careers, highlighting a steady uptick in interest across the travel sector. Ensemble’s internal figures reflect that trend, with recently established agencies showing strong triple-digit year-over-year performance.
Fastrack includes two main tiers. The Basic plan costs $85 a month and includes access to a self-directed training course covering business formation, marketing and management fundamentals. Participants also receive full access to Ensemble’s training library, partner resources, and ADX—the group’s proprietary booking and sales platform.
The Pro level, also priced at $85 per month plus a one-time $1,999 fee, expands benefits to include personalized mentoring as a full Ensemble member. Participants in this tier receive registration for Horizons, the network’s annual conference, and a 1-year custom website design service with continued support.
Structured around seven key learning tracks, Fastrack includes a 38-course core sequence and more than 100 additional modules. The curriculum covers topics from building a legal and financial foundation to talent development and long-term strategic planning. Participants gain increasing access to Ensemble’s membership levels as they complete the program, ultimately qualifying for growth opportunities such as profit sharing.
