It’s easier than ever to go from the Big Apple to the City of Lights thanks to the new Air France non-stop flight between Newark International (EWR) and Paris’ Charles de Gaulle (CDG). The new service will fly daily year-round and serves to supplement Air France’s six daily flights between New York-JFK and Paris-CDG.

“With demand for travel continuing to grow, we are thrilled to bring back this route in New Jersey, connecting more travelers to Paris and beyond,” said Eric Caron, senior v.p. of North America at Air France KLM, in a press statement. “The New Jersey and larger Tri-State region is an extremely important market, and this anticipated route will make it even easier for our customers in these areas to fly Air France.”

Air France Flyers Travel in Comfort

The Boeing 777-200 has a capacity of 280 seats to allow plenty of Parisians to enjoy the best of the Big Apple and New Yorkers to do the same in Paris. If your clients want to fly in style, the plane has 40 Business “full flat” seats so they can sleep to their hearts’ content—and all have access to the aisle. There are also 24 Premium Economy seats with more space and comfy seat cushions, plus a multi-position footrest. The rest of the 216 seats in Economy are also a cut above the other airlines in comfort. Plus, everyone onboard has access to Air France Connect, the airline’s inflight Wi-Fi, real food that actually tastes good and complimentary champagne.

The favorable flight times also allow for many connections in both Paris and New York. Flight AF062 departs Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG) at 12:30 and arrives at Newark Liberty (EWR) at 15:00. Flight AF063 departs Newark Liberty (EWR) at 17:05 and arrives at Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG) at 06:05 the following day.
