At Divi & Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusives, your clients have two resorts to choose from for accommodations, and no matter which one they choose, they’ll have access to the other’s amenities. If clients prefer soft white sand and beautiful beaches to snow for the holidays, they’ll love Druif Beach. The resort is great for families, couples and even solo travelers, and is offering holiday programming through the New Year. Christmas is all about live dinner music, pictures with the Big Man, dinner specials and mimosa, champagne and Bloody Mary breakfast stations. There are fireworks for New Year’s Eve and seasonal entertainment throughout the resort. Foodies on your list? Chef Paul Zijlstra has created a special seasonal menu with unique traditional dishes for them to enjoy at the Red Parrot and Paparazzi Restaurant, both part of the all-inclusive fare.

Cheers to the Pups for the Holidays

Frigid Mailman (humans) and Bichon Freeze (puppies).

Holidays were made for specialty cocktails, and at Aloft Denver Downtown the mixologists have two creations with the puppies in mind that will make you smile: the Frigid Mailman for humans and the Bichon Freeze for the doggos.

And if your clients can’t make it there with their four-legged friend to enjoy these cocktails in person, they’ve shared the recipes with us so you can forward and share the joy. Of note: Aloft Denver Downtown will be donating a portion of the sale of the libations to Denver Dumb Friends League, their local animal organization. One hundred percent of the cost of the puptail will be donated ($5), and $10 out of the $16 will be donated from the human cocktail.

The Winter Lodge Experience at Kimpton Hotel Eventi

There are winter lodges… And then there’s the Kimpton Hotel Eventi’s Winter Lodge Experience, a stylized NY NY take on holidays in the mountains. The non-traditional Winter Lodge, created by design group Michael Thomas & Co., who were in charge of redesigning Gurney’s Montauk and The Nantucket Hotel, among others, is a top-to-bottom winter wonderland but in brass, chrome and other metals with jewel-toned furniture, flocked white bells, faux eucalyptus, silver balloons, and faux fur accent throws and pillows. Garlands and festive finishes outline the windows, creating a frame for the city’s skyscrapers, and seasonal coffee table books adorn the tables.

The Winter Lodge Experience requires a minimum two-night stay and must be booked seven days in advance. It includes accommodations in a 1- or 2-bedroom residential-style specialty suite; matching winter PJs for everyone—including any doggos joining in the fun—; tickets and rentals to ice skate at one of NYC’s rinks; after-skate amenity; and a complimentary round of holiday libations for everyone at Eventi’s newest cocktail experience, Back Bar.
