InterContinental Grenada-La Sagesse is set to open in November 2026 along the calm shores of La Sagesse Bay on Grenada’s southeastern coast. Five food and beverage outlets cover a range of occasions. Mosaic is an all-day restaurant centered on locally sourced Caribbean ingredients. Coralie is an open-air Mediterranean restaurant. Solara, a rooftop bar with ocean views, serves cocktails alongside a small plates menu. Cove operates as the pool and spa bar with beverages and lighter fare, while Cafe Amber offers coffee, pastries and grab-and-go house-made selections.
For the meetings and events market, the resort will boast the only ballroom of its kind in Grenada. Signature venues Royal Palm and Bougainvillea accommodate executive retreats, incentive programs, destination weddings and large-scale celebrations. Full property buyouts are available, and dedicated Kosher facilities support a range of dietary requirements and event formats.
Wellness programming includes an on-site spa, fitness facilities with Pilates reformers and curated relaxation experiences. Beyond the spa, guests have access to water sports, beach activities, culinary and cultural experiences, island adventures and a Kids Club for younger travelers.
