Aman Expands Into Texas Hill Country With Ranch-Inspired Retreat
Aman is expanding its U.S. footprint with the announcement of Amansanu, a new luxury resort and residential development in Texas Hill Country that will introduce the brand’s first ranch-inspired destination.
Located northwest of Austin, the property will feature standalone guest pavilions alongside a limited collection of Aman-branded residences positioned across expansive private sites beginning at 10 acres. Designed by Olson Kundig, the resort draws inspiration from the surrounding landscape of rolling hills, limestone cliffs and winding creeks while incorporating a contemporary interpretation of regional ranch architecture.
Planned resort amenities include a central lodge, multiple dining venues, hiking trails, racquet sports courts and an Aman Spa and Wellness Center. The development will also debut Aman’s first fully serviced equestrian stables.
The residential component will feature open-plan layouts, natural materials and large indoor-outdoor living spaces designed to maximize privacy and connection to the surrounding terrain. The project marks Aman’s sixth property in the U.S. and continues the brand’s expansion across North America alongside upcoming developments in Mexico, Miami Beach and Beverly Hills.

New Luxury Resort Expands Lifestyle Hospitality in Saint Lucia
HQ Hotels & Residences by sbe is set to debut HQ Cas En Bas Resort and Residences in Saint Lucia this November, adding a new luxury lifestyle resort to the island’s northern coast.
Developed in partnership with Sam Nazarian and Marc Anthony, the project will feature 96 studios and one- and two-bedroom residences within Cap Estate, one of Saint Lucia’s upscale residential and golf communities. Plans are also underway for an adjacent expansion that would introduce additional residences, wellness amenities, spa facilities and elevated pool experiences.
The resort will join Wyndham Hotels & Resorts’ Registry Collection, with accommodations featuring private balconies, kitchens, and residential-style layouts aimed at both leisure and extended-stay travelers.
Dining and nightlife programming will play a central role in the development, with concepts including Katsuya Beach, Umami Burger and an Italian restaurant from Michelin-starred chef Fabio Trabocchi. Additional venues will include beachfront lounges, bars and entertainment spaces.
